She will then tune into your energy and connect with Divine Guidance to create the guided meditation designed for you.
Whether you are struggling with fear, anxiety, loss, grief, or you would like to be energized, empowered and centered, this is a wonderful way to shift your energy. AND you can listen to it over again whenever you need support!
After you correspond with Wendy, she will tune into your energy field and create the appropriate guided meditation for your body, spirit and needs. The meditation will be approximately 10-15 minutes and will include healing.
